オーストラリアのワーキングホリデービザの申請方法

1. ImmiAccount の作成

1.1 オーストラリア移民局の公式サイトにアクセスする

オーストラリア移民局公式サイト “ImmiAccount” を開く。
画面右下の「Create ImmiAccount」をクリックする。

1.2 Create ImmiAccount (1/2) を入力する

Services Required ：利用するサービス

What type of online services do you need?：どのタイプのオンラインサービスが必要ですか？

個人で申請するので「Individual」を選択する。

New User Details ：新規ユーザー詳細

Family Name：性（すべて大文字でパスポートと同じ綴りで記入）
Given Names：名（すべて大文字でパスポートと同じ綴りで記入）
Phone：電話番号
Mobile phone：携帯電話番号
Email address：Eメールアドレス
Confirm email address：Eメールアドレス再入力

各項目の入力をしたら、画面右下「Continue」をクリックする。

1.3 Create ImmiAccount (2/2) を入力する

Account details ：アカウント詳細

Username：ユーザー名
前の画面で登録したメールアドレスがここに表示される。変更の必要はない。

上記の4種類のうちから3種類以上を使って、14文字以上のパスワードになるように設定する。

New password：新しいパスワード
Re-type new password：新しいパスワードの再入力
Secret questions and answers：秘密の質問と答え（3パターン）

Security alerts：セキュリティ通知の設定
３つともチェックを入れたままにしておく。

Declaration：宣言

Terms and conditions：条件書
Security check：セキュリティーチェック
2つともチェックを入れる。

画面右下の「Conteniue」をクリックする。

以上で、ImmiAccount の作成は完了です。

2. 申請書の作成

2.1 ログイン成功画面の確認をする

次のような画面になるので、画面右下の「Continue」をクリックする。

2.2 申請するビザの種類を選択する

画面左上の「My applications」 をクリックする。
次の表示が出てくることを確認する。

「Work & Holiday」をクリックしたらタブが開きます。
「Working Holiday Visa （417）」をクリックします。
※Work & Holiday -first or second visa（462）と間違えないように注意してください。

2.3 ワーホリビザの申請画面が開く

「I have read and agree to the terms and conditions」にチェックを入れて「Next」ボタンをクリックする。

2.4 申請者の状況を入力する

Current location：現在地

Give details of application current location：現在の居住国の詳細
「Japan」を選択する。

Select the applicant’s citizenship or visa status in their current location.：現在いる国のビザのステータスを選んでください

該当するものを選択する。通常は「Citizen」を選択する。

Current application ：現在のアプリケーション

Will the applicant be accompanied by dependent children at any time during their stay in Australia on this visa?：このビザで扶養義務のある子供を連れて行く予定はありますか？
予定がなければ「No」にチェックを入れる。

Has the applicant ever been granted and entered Australia on a Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462) before?：以前にオーストラリアにWork and Holiday(462) Visaを取得しましたか？
取得していなければ「No」にチェックを入れる。

Application Type：アプリケーションタイプ

Select the type of working holiday visa the applicant is applying for：申請者が申請するワーキングホリデービザのタイプにチェックを入れてください

該当するものにチェックを入れる。初めてのビザ取得は「First Working Holiday visa （subclass 417）」にチェックを入れる。

Has the applicant ever been granted and entered Australia on a Work and Holiday visa (subclass 417) before?：以前にオーストラリアにWork and Holiday(417) Visaを取得しましたか？
取得していなければ「No」にチェックを入れる。

proposed arrival date：到着予定日

カレンダーのマークをクリックして、到着予定日を選択する。

入力が済んだら画面右下の「Next」をクリックする。

2.5 申請者情報の入力

Passport details：パスポート詳細

Enter the following details as they appear in the applicant’s personal passport.：パスポートのデータを入力

Family name：性（すべて大文字でパスポートと同じ綴りで記入）
Given names：名（すべて大文字でパスポートと同じ綴りで記入）
Sex：性別　Female/女性　Male/男性　Other/他
Date of birth：誕生日
Passport number：パスポート番号
Country of passport：パスポートを発行した国
Date of issue：パスポート発行日
Date of expiry：パスポートの有効期限終了日
Place of issue / issuing authority：パスポートの発行場所/発行機関

It is strongly recommended that the passport be valid for at least six months.：パスポートは6ヶ月以上残期があること

それぞれ入力する。

National identity card：国際個人証明書

Does this applicant have a national identity card?：国が発行した個人の証明証がありますか？
「No」を選択する。

Place of birth：出生地

Town / City：都市
State / Province：都道府県
Place of birth：生まれた国
出生地を記入する。

Relationship status：婚姻状況

該当するものを選択する。独身ならば「Never married」を選択する。

Other names / spellings：他の名前／スペル

Is this applicant currently, or have they ever been known by any other names?：パスポートに記載されている名前以外に名前はありますか？
ない場合は「No」を選択する。

Citizenship：市民権

Is this applicant a citizen of the selected country of passport (Japan)?：パスポートで選択した国（日本）の市民ですか？
「Yes」を選択する。

Is this applicant a citizen of any other country?：申請者は他の国の市民ですか？
「No」を選択する。

Other passports or docments for travel ：他のパスポート

Does this applicant have any other passports or documents for travel?：他のパスポートやトラベルドキュメントを持っていますか？
「No」を選択する。

Other identity or documents：他の個人証明書

Does this applicant have other identity documents?：申請者は他の身分証明を持っていますか？
「No」を選択する。

Health examination：健康診断

Has this applicant undertaken a health examination for an Australian visa in the last 12 months?：過去12ヶ月間の間にオーストラリアのビザを取得するために健康診断を受けたことはありますか？
「No」を選択する。

画面右下の「Next」をクリックする。

2.6 入力データの確認をする

Is the above information correct?：上の情報は正しいですか？
入力内容に誤りがなければ「Yes」を選択する。

画面右下の「Next」をクリックする。

2.7 連絡先の詳細を入力する

Country of residence：居住国

Usual country of residence：居住国
「Japan」を選択する。

Department office：支社

The applicant may be required to attend an Australian Government Office for an interview. Which is the closest office to the applicant’s current location?：申請者は、面接のためにオーストラリア政府事務所への出席を求められる場合があります。申請者の現在地に最も近い事務所はどれですか。
「South Korea, Seoul」を選択する。

Residential address：居住住所

Note that a street address is required. A post office address cannot be accepted as a residential address.：番地が必要です。郵便局の住所を住居として受け入れることができません。

Country：国
Address：アドレス（例：000-0, Takamatsu-cho）
Suburb / Town：市町村（例：Tachikawa-city）
State or Province：都道府県
Postal code：郵便番号（例：0000000　ハイフンは入れない）

それぞれ入力する。

Postal address：郵送先住所

Is the postal address the same as the residential address?：郵送先住所と居住の住所は同じですか？
通常は「Yes」を選択します。郵送先住所と居住の住所が異なる場合は「No」を選択する。

Contact telephone numbers：連絡先電話番号

Enter numbers only with no spaces.：電話番号を入力してください。

Home phone：家の電話番号（固定電話が無ければ携帯番号と同じで問題ない）
Business phone：仕事番号（無ければ空白で問題ない）
Mobile  Cell phone：携帯番号
それぞれ番号は、ハイフンを除いて “81” から入力する。

Email address：Eメールアドレス

Email address：Eメールアドレス
自動入力される。

画面右下の「Next」をクリックする。

2.8 代理について入力する

Authorised recipient:代理

This authorises the department to send the authorised person all written correspondence that would otherwise be sent directly to the applicant.：移民局は直接申請者とではなく、代理人とやり取りをする。
個人での申請で代理人は通さないので「No」を選択する。

Electronic communication：電子連絡

Email address：Eメールアドレス
移民局との連絡に使うEメールアドレスを入力する

画面右下の「Next」をクリックする。

2.9 職業と教育を入力する

Occupation：職業

Usual occupation of the applicant.：あなたの現在の職業
職業を英語で入力する。

Does the applicant intend to work during their time in Australia?：オーストラリアで仕事をしますか？
「Yes」を選択する。

Industry type：業種

オーストラリアで働く予定の業種を選択する。

Education：教育

Select the applicant’s highest qualification.：最終学歴を選択

最終学歴を選択する。

画面右下の「Next」をクリックする。

2.10 健康に関する宣誓を入力する

Health declarations：健康宣誓

In the last five years, has any applicant visited, or lived, outside their country of passport, for more than 3 consecutive months? Do not include time spent in Australia.：過去５年以内に3ヶ月以上、日本以外の国で滞在をしていましたか？オーストラリアを除いて

Does any applicant intend to enter a hospital or a health care facility （including nursing homes）while in Australia?：オーストラリアにいる間に入院する予定はありますか？

Does any applicant intend to work as, or study or train to be, ahealth care worker or work within a health care facility while in Australia?：オーストラリアにいる間にヘルスケアまたはヘルスケア施設で、働くか訓練する予定はありますか？

Does any applicant intend to work, study or train within aged care or disability care while in Australia?：オーストラリアにいる間に高齢者介護または障がい者介護で、働くか訓練する予定はありますか？

Does any applicant intend to work or be a trainee at a child care centre (including preschools and creches) while in Australia?：オーストラリアにいる間にチャイルドケアセンター （保育園、託児所など）で働くか訓練する予定はありますか？

Does any applicant intend to be in a classroom situation for more than 3 months （eg. as either a student, teacher, lecturer or observer）?：オーストラリアにいる間に3ヶ月以上学校にいますか？（例:学生、教師、講師、オブザーバー）

Has any applicant：次のような状況はあるか
・ever had, or currently have, tuberculosis?：結核にかかったことはありますか？
・been in close contact with a family member that has active tuberculosis?：結核にかかった人と接触はありますか？
・ever had a chest x-ray which showed an abnormality?：今までで胸部のレントゲン検査で異常はありますか？

During their proposed visit to Australia, does any applicant expect to incur medical costs, or require treatment or medical follow up for:：オーストラリアにいる間に、以下の病気のために治療費がかかるまたは、継続した治療が必要ですか？

各項目、選択したら画面右下の「Next」をクリックする。

2.11 人格に関する宣誓を入力する

Character declarations：人格に関する宣誓

Has any applicant ever been charged with any offence that is currently awaiting legal action?：犯罪を犯し法的処置をうけていますか？

Has any applicant ever been convicted of an offence in any country (including any conviction which is now removed from official records?：犯罪歴はありますか？

Has any applicant ever been the subject of an arrest warrant or Interpol notice?：逮捕歴や国際手配の対象になったことはありますか？

Has any applicant ever been the subject of a domestic violence or family violence order, or any other other, of atribunal or court or other similar authority, for the personal protection of another person?：家庭内暴力または暴力による犯罪歴はありますか？

Has any applicant ever been directly or indirectly involved in, or associated with, activities which would represent a risk to national security in Australia or any other country?：オーストラリアまたは他国の国家安全保障に関わる事に直接的または間接的に関与したことはありますか？

Has any applicant ever been charged with, or indicted for: genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, torture, slavery, or any other crime that is otherwise of a serious international concern?：集団虐殺、戦争犯罪、人権犯罪、拷問、奴隷、その他国際的に深刻な犯罪で告発されたことはありますか？

Has any applicant ever been associated with a person, group or organisation that has been or is involved in criminal conduct?：現在または過去に犯罪に関する個人または組織に関与したことはありますか？

Has any applicant ever overstayed a visa in any country （including Australia）?：不法滞在をしたことはありますか？(オーストラリアを含む)

Has any applicant ever had any outstanding debts to the Australian Government or any public authority in Australia?：オーストラリア政府や他の公的機関に対して未払いの罰金がありますか？

それぞれ回答を選択する。通常であればすべて「No」になる。
画面右下の「Next」をクリックする。

2.12 ワーキングホリデーに関する宣誓について入力する

Working holiday declarations：ワーキングホリデー宣誓

The applicant declares that they ：申請者はこれらのことを宣言する

Understand that they must abide by the conditions of the visa.：ビザの規定に従わないといけないことを理解している。

Understand that the visa they are applying for does not permit them to be employed in Australia with one employer for more than 6 months without prior permission.：許可なしで、同一雇用主のもとで6ヶ月以上就労できないことを理解している。

Understand that the visa they are applying for does not permit them to undertake studies or training for more than 4 months.：4ヶ月以上は就労できないことを理解している。

Have sufficient funds for the initial period of their stay in Australia and for the fare to their intended overseas destination on leaving Australia.：オーストラリアに滞在するのに十分な資金を持っている。

Understanding that any employment is incidental to their holiday in Australia and the purpose of working is to supplement their holiday founds.：オーストラリアでの雇用は休暇であり、働く目的は休暇を過ごすための資金を補うためであることを理解している。

全て「Yes」を選択する。
画面右下の「Next」をクリックする。

2.13 宣言について入力する

Understand that if any fraudulent documents or false or misleading information has been provided with this application, or if any of the applicants fail to satisfy the Minister of their identity, the application may be refused and the applicant(s), and any member of their family unit, may become unable to be granted a visa for a specified period of time.：もしこの申請で不正な書類や誤解を招く情報があった場合、私の申請は却下され、私の家族も一定期間ビザが発給されなくなる場合があることを理解している。

Give consent to Australian law enforcement agencies disclosing the applicant’s biometric, biographical and criminal record information to the Department to help identify the applicant, to determine eligibility for grant of a visa and for law enforcement purposes.：申請者の特定、ビザの付与および法執行目的の適格性の判断のために、オーストラリアの法的機関が申請者の身元、経歴、犯罪歴の情報を開示することに同意する。

Give consent to the Department using the applicant’s biometric, biographical and criminal record information obtained for the purposes of the Migration Act 1958 or the Citizenship Act 2007.：移民法1958条または市民権法2007条の目的のために、取得された申請者の生体識別、経歴および犯罪歴の情報を使用することに同意する。

I understand that if my visa ceases to be in effect and I do not hold another visa to remain in Australia at that time, I will be an unlawful non-citizen under the Migration Act 1958. 全て「Yes」を選択する。
画面右下の「Next」をクリックする。

3. 必要書類を提出する

3.1 必要書類の添付

Attach Documents：書類の添付提出

Travel Document：パスポート
Evidence of funds  stay in Australia and departure：残高証明

3.1.1 パスポートのコピーの提出

手順1:
Travel Document 欄の「+」をクリックする

手順2：
Travel Document 欄が開くので、「ファイルの選択」をクリックする

手順3：
添付したいファイルを選択し、「開く」をクリックする。

手順4：
「Attach」をクリックする。

3.1.2 残高証明書の提出

前項3.1.1 パスポートのコピーと同じ手順で添付できます。

必要書類を添付したら、次の画面に進む。

3.2 申請を提出する

Submit Application：申請の提出

「Submit Now」をクリックする。

4. ビザ申請料金の支払い

4.1 支払い方法の選択

Payment options：支払いオプション

「Debit / credit card」を選択する。

4.2 支払い情報を入力する

Cardholder Address：カード所有者の住所

Country：国
Address1：アドレス（例：000-0, Takamatsu-cho）
Address2：空白で大丈夫
City：市町村（例：Tachikawa-city）
State or Province：都道府県
Postal code / Zip Code：郵便番号（例：0000000　ハイフンは入れない）

Card Details：カード詳細

Debit / Credit card number：カード番号
Expiry date (MM/YY)：期限（年／月）
Name on Debit / Credit card ：カード登録者の名前（カード表記）
Card security code (CSC)：セキュリティコード
Credit card surcharge (AUD)：Credit card
Total payment amount：合計料金

入力したら画面右下「Submit」をクリックする。

4.3　確認のポップアップが表示される

「Submit」をクリックする。

4.4 支払いの確認が表示される

念のために「View/Print/Email Receipt」をクリックして開き領収書をPCに保存しておく。
画面右下の「Next」をクリックする。

以上で、ビザの申請は完了です。

5. ビザレターの受領

ワーホリビザ申請直後に「IMMI Acknowledgement of Application Received」というメールが自動返信で届く。

ビザの申請が承認されると、「Grant Notification」とタイトルに記載されているメールがオーストラリア移民局から届く。承認の早さにはムラがあり、早ければ数時間～長ければ1ヶ月程度で承認される。

もし、健康診断が必要な場合には「Request for Health Examinations」タイトルに記載されているメールがオーストラリア移民局から届く。
健康診断が必要な場合は、オーストラリア移民局が指定している病院で健康診断を受ける必要がある。診断結果は、受診するとオーストラリア移民局に直接送られる。

6. 最後に
